Jurisdiction; Venue. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of United States of America and the State of Florida, and any action shall be initiated and maintained exclusively in a forum of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

Coupon Codes: INSTRUCTIONS
Many coupons for online stores are available to you in the format of a coupon code. When you find a deal that says "Code: XXXX", you will need to click the "Use Coupon" button and then enter that online coupon code at some point during checkout at the online store. Each store has you enter the online coupons and coupon codes at at different points during checkout so be sure to keep an eye out for it. Remember to never submit an order unless you see the online coupon discount applied!

If the online coupon does not have a "Code: XXXX" then that means things are much easier. You only need to click the "Use Coupon" button to redeem the offer. Information on the offer including details, restrictions are on the clicked through page or during checkout cart.
